Drinking water at different times of the day maximizes its effectiveness on the body.

  • 2 glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs for the day
  • 1 glass of water 30 minutes before each meal helps digestion
  • 1 glass of water before taking a bath will help lower blood pressure
  • 1 glass of water before going to bed helps to avoid stroke or heart attack.  In fact a glass of water before bed will help prevent night time leg cramps and help you wake up easier in the moring.
